Our à la carte kitchen serves a rotating menu built around the freshest catch of the day and seasonal Costa del Sol produce. Think whole grilled sea bream, tiger prawn skewers, patatas bravas with our signature aioli, and sharing plates bursting with Mediterranean colour. Lunch from 12:00 · Dinner from 19:00.

Led by our award-winning head mixologist, the Olas cocktail bar pushes beyond the expected. Our seasonal cocktail menu blends premium Spanish spirits — from Galician gin to Andalusian vermouth — with fresh local fruit and house-made syrups. Bar open daily from 11:00.

Sunset Sessions
Live music and DJ nights on the beach
Every Friday and Saturday, as the sun meets the sea, Olas transforms. Our resident DJs and invited live acts play from 20:00 until late, with a programme that spans Balearic house, deep soul, and Mediterranean beats. Thursday evenings feature intimate acoustic sessions on the terrace — the perfect start to your weekend.

Sunday Beach Brunch
The best start to your Sunday
Slow it down on Sunday. Our extended brunch menu runs from 11:00 to 15:00 and pairs generous plates — eggs baked with chorizo, smashed avocado on sourdough, fresh fruit platters, and made-to-order smoothies — with bottomless coffee and our signature Bloody Mary. The ideal way to spend a Sunday morning with the sea.
